SMS & Messaging Services

We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, timeliness, accuracy, or completeness of our messaging services. We do not guarantee that messages will be delivered to your device or that messages will be delivered without delay.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tradewinds Management Ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use our SMS services, including but not limited to damages resulting from delayed, undelivered, or misdirected messages.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice via SMS or by updating these terms on our website. Your continued use of our messaging services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Turks and Caicos Islands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
